On this episode, we have Dr Franklyn Rocha Cabrero speak on his experience advocating for residents under CIR or Committees of Interns and Residents. CIR is the largest housestaff organization in the country which represents 24,000 residents around the country. Not only that but most important we lean into how to protect yourself when you put yourself out there and how backlash can be a detterent to your success as a future physician.
