As the NBA playoffs have begun, this is a special episode integrating the passion for basketball with creativity and innovation. On this episode, we have Anthony Goods, one of the co founders of Swishcultures, an online basketball media brand dedicated to bringing basketball content to consumers all around the world which has hundreds of thousands of basketball followers. Anthony talks about his humble beginning at Stanford as a basketball athelete and how his experiences helped him become courageous and faithful throughout his journey in the NBA D league now called the g league, his stint on an NBA team with the OKC Thunder the year they went to the NBA finals in 2012 and playing overseas as well. We talk about the treachery of playing overseas and potentially living paycheck to paycheck, navigating a new culture, and learning that not everything is what it seems. We also talk about how medicine is much like basketball and why working within the confines of a team is so crucial for success.
